How long was it since my last post? Weeks, I guess. I think I'm getting busier and busier by the day .. school work .. tv (hehe) .. calligraphy .. competitions .. tuition .. a lot of burden, eh? So since today is Sunday .. I have more free time than usual (actually it has nothing to do with being a Sunday .. only because my calligraphy teacher busy .. tuition time change .. so .. hehe ..) .. That's why I'm finally updating my blog! Wonderful, right? Haha. Just kidding. Forgive me for my rudeness, will you? Thanks.
So .. I'm not really sure where to start .. since so much have happened to me already .. but I'll try my best .. So I guess i'll be writing my spelling bee experience as well as my recent school life .. Better get ready .. haha .. Don't worry lah .. I will shorten it .. lolz ..
When was it? Oh ya. On the 18th and 19th this month, our school formed 4 spelling team and a lot of public speaking contestants for the competition at Parkcity Mall. On the 17th we ppl went home earlier as we have to be there for a short briefing by 6. Well .. I did arrive on time .. minus the whole bunch of people who have not yet learn the sense of time .. there was only like 6 or 7 people? Haiz .. So we listened to the public speaking ones give their speech that night ..
Skipping the details .. hehe ..
The next day was the preliminary rounds. SMK Baru got eliminated first. Then Kiu that group. Then Phoebe that group. Only left our group and the form 4 group. A lot of our friends came to cheer for us .. we're very lucky, huh? So the two teams(us and form 4) went to the finals which is the next day...
Skipping .. yay ..
So erm .. we went through 3 (I think..) rounds .. and lost .. hehe .. 2nd place .. but still okay lah .. because our opponents are really good .. (especially samuel & ling yun) .. haiz .. so he public speaking champion is Andrea! Walao. So predictable. Hehe. Don't slap me lah. Just telling the truth. 2nd goes to a girl from SMK Baru. 3nd is our favourite cheerful bubbly girl ~ Joyce Lee. Hehe. I kind of exaggerated a little. But no harm done right? Haha.
So back to my school life. Nothing unusual .. but hey .. it's a school .. hehe .. Nowadays I've been busy writing calligraphy .. well .. I am the newest member of the calligraphy team after all .. really over already .. sorry .. Not only that, school projects burden me as well. Haiz. Just passed up sej project and here comes sivik project. Does the sivik teacher even thought of telling us EARLIER? Now I'll have to rush it .. not to mention geo project .. haiz ..
This post isn't in the least can be called long right? That's because i'm becoming lazier and lazier .. so I intend to post a short one .. as I don't think I can stand to .. you know .. post a long long one .. so hey .. this will do .. right?
Any comments? Do you think this short of a post will do or do you think I should post some with extra length .. with all the details? I actually don't mind any of them .. so you can feel free to choose. Okay? Yay. A job well done again. I've posted a new post before the end of the month. Feeling a bit proud of myself .. hehe ..
